Summer Camp Ideas 2021

Newport County Area

Each Star Kids student receives funding for summer camps or programs. The funding may be used for traditional summer camps, and for the summer of 2021 we are open to out-of-the box ideas. Explore online programs and enrichment subscriptions too!

Many camps offer financial aid, please apply so your SK funds can go further.

The list below are suggestions, you are not limited to these camps. Search for what interests your child(ren) – sports, music, dance, art, horseback riding, swim lessons, coding, cooking, photography, martial arts, foreign language study, etc.

If you have any questions regarding the amount of funding, how to pay for the camp, or to check if a program qualifies for funding, please contact Paula Turcotte, pturcotte@starkidsprgram.org or Karen Flanagan, kflanagan@starkidsprogram.org

We post to our facebook group often, please join our facebook group.

High School Students:
Did you know you can use your summer program funding for Driver’s Education?
Are you looking for a job? Many of the camps listed look for high school students to be Jr. camp counselors.
Thinking of taking a summer class or a SAT or ACT test prep course? Contact Mrs. Flanagan to ask how we can help fund the course. kflanagan@starkidsprogram.org
